On Saturday evening I was out on a walk along the seafront with my family and dogs when a lady came running up from the sea shouting for somebody to help her rescue a baby seal. My mum nominated my sister and I to go and help rescue it and I spent around half an hour running bare foot around the rock pools and in and out of the sea fully dressed trying to get this seal back out to sea. The seal was fine and finally went back out to sea but I ended up with five or six cuts on each of my feet which really blooming hurt. Today was a special day because we took my nan up to the O2 for her Christmas present. My sister, mum and I drove up to Eltham to meet up with my Nans best friend (Auntie Jan) at her house and we got the bus to the O2. We had a bit of time to spare so my mum, sister and I went on the Emirates Cable Car which was amazing, you could see so much of London! At two o’clock it was time for my Nan’s Christmas present, my sister and I were meant to be joining my nan in a climb Up at the O2 but unfortunately my sister couldn’t partake so my poor Auntie Jan got roped in to go up. The experience was amazing and the view was incredible. I would highly recommend to anybody who likes heights and a thrill to book tickets to go Up at the O2. My nan, Auntie Jam and I had an amazing time and our guide Rory was amazing as he stayed with my nan and Auntie Jan for the whole experience helping them when they got stuck! After the climb we rejoined my mum, sister and Uncle Ken for some dinner. We went to Zizzi’s which was as always incredibly and we all chowed down. I went for my usual Pink G&T, chicken and mushroom risotto and then to finish my sister and I shared the salted caramel brownie and the white chocolate and raspberry blondie. Today has been an amazing experience and I am so grateful that my family love adventures even on a Sunday! 💕

At the moment I feel like I am spending most of my life in either work outfits or workout clothing so I thought it was time I shared with you my top three workout outfits. I love working out and trying new classes and I love having a suitable but also quite a stylish outfit to wear to the classes I go to for example I don’t want to wear the same clothes that I would wear to a combat class, to go to a yoga class.
I absolutely adore these West Coast leggings from Alo Yoga they are available in three colours but ironically I would wear these to a Yoga class. The have a stirrup bottom so that they don’t ride up your leg but they still look acceptable enough to go bare foot at a yoga class if you so wish.
To go with these leggings I like a brightly coloured top such as this vixen fitted muscle tank in the colour atlas. This is also available from Alo Yoga and has beautiful detail with a sheer but not to revealing cut out.
To finish this look I would add: the Alo Yoga atlas glow bra which can be worn on its own with the leggings; these Nike Presto fly trainers in white and the sunset jack from Alo Yoga. This outfit is such a light and summery outfit and I think it is perfect for a yoga class whatever the weather.
My second outfit is what I am most likely to wear out running because I like aeration and not to feel like my clothes are clinging to me when I run. The main part of this outfit are obviously the running shoes and I like the Nike energy boost three shoes in all black.
I am in love with this Sapopa novita stretch-jersey leggings because they are mostly black but have the yellow and blue which do also provide reflection for darker evening runs.
The Under Armour show stopper spacer t-shirt is a perfect complement for this outfit and also doesn’t restrict your outfit to being all black. It is in a midnight navy colour and is light and aerated which is what you want when out on a run. To finish this outfit off I would have a high support sports bra such as this Ivy Park racerback stretch-jersey sports bra in black and this Lucas Hugh core stretch-jersey running jacket.
The third and final outfit is perfect for a high intensity class such as a spin session or combat class! the bulk of this outfit is Sweaty Betty but I find it very difficult most of the time to wear workout clothes from different brands. These contour crop workout leggings are jazzy but sophisticated and I love the pattern of them.
To go with my jazzy leggings I of course also have to have a jazzy sports crop which is a medium supprt bra as well and has a racerback for serious comfort and this oversized sweat which I adore for all obvious reasons in it one being oversized and two being black! I would finish this look with the New balance WX811 trainers in black.
So these are my top three outfits. Obviously there are so many more that I love and want to buy/own already but that’s the way it has to be! What do you like to workout in? let me know in the comments.

I thought it was time I shared with you my go to makeup products, which I use to create a simple and fresh look for work when I am waking up a 5am. I will leave a link to all of the products that I can find online.
- Primer – my go to primer for any makeup look is the Rimmel London lasting finish primer. To me this primer creates a smooth and matte base for any look that you are going to try and copy. Primer
- Foundation – my favourite foundation is the Mac Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15 in the colour NC15. This foundation also leaves you with a Matte finish and is so easy to use to cover the whole face. This foundation comes in 44 shades so you will be sure to find one which suits your complexion. Foundation
- Concealer – my concealer is another Mac product and it is the mineralise concealer in the shade NW15. This shade is a bit lighter than my foundation and blends really well with dark patches on the skin. Concealer
- Blush – you will start to see a pattern with my face makeup as my blush is the Mac Pro longwear blush in the shade Stubborn. This blush created a semi-matte finish and is perfect for those who suffer with oily or combination skin as it lasts throughout the day and you just have to top up your powder. Blush
- Powder – my final go to Mac product is the Mineralize skinfinish natural powder in the shade Light. This powder just gives that finished clean look to your face makeup and is lovely and soft. Powder
- Eyeshadow – for my eyeshadow I turn to my trusty Tanya Burr Fairytale eye palette. For my everyday simple look i use just two colours from this palette the cream tea and the velvet cushion it creates a fresh look blending these two colours on your eye and adds a little bit of sparkle. Eye Palette
- Mascara – my everyday mascara is the Benefit They’re real mascara as it enlongates my already long lashes and means that I don’t have to try and put any fake lashes on in the morning. This mascara lasts throughout the day and you only need to apply one coat to your lashes for a volumised luscious look. Mascara
- Eyebrows – I fill my eyebrows in with my trusty L’oreal superliner brow artist in the colour dark blonde. This is a quick and easy way to get your brows looking fuller on an early morning start. Brows
- Lips – Finally my go to lip is an actual lipstick and it is by Avon in the colour Blush. This is a lovely pinky but natural colour that just completes an non in your face look. This lipstick is nice to apply and doesn’t turn your lips all tacky. Lipstick

Since I did my top five high street wedding outfits I thought it only right that I did my top five designer outfits. Let me know what you think in the comments below!
First is this gorgeous Ted Baker cut out full skirt midi dress. This is available from ASOS for £199. This is a gorgeous sophisticated length dress for a church wedding or a wedding in a stately home. I would pair this dress with these Ted Baker Laorel Silver Leather court shoes also on ASOS for £110.
Second is this stunning Oscar De La Renta carnation lace dress which breaks the bank at £3,050. This is such a beautifully designed dress and as a very special occasion dress I could see the justification in buying it. I would pair it with these Gianvito Rossi Lola Fringe sandals which are £520. Both products are available at Harrods.
Third is the Alexander McQueen pleated crepe gown in dark red. At Selfridges this dress is priced at £1,595. I would pair this with the Sophia Webster coco flamingo leather courts, also at Selfridges for £360.
Next is the Vera Mont halter neck jumpsuit which is available from House of Fraser for £235. This is a gorgeous alternative to wearing a dress. I would wear this with nude heeled sandals like these Manolo Blahnik Chaos 115 Sandals from Harrods priced at £480.
Finally is this Mulger mega Milano coral tulle and jersey dress which is available at Harvey Nichols for £1,020. I would wear white heeled sandals like these by Gianvito Rossi from Harvey Nichols for £565 they are called the off-White bow embellished leather sandals.

Yesterday I travelled up to London again with three lovely ladies (my mum and two close friends) to surprise one of our friends by taking her for afternoon tea at The Savoy.
When we arrived in London we had an hour and a half to kill before our reservation so we went for a stroll along the Strand and then went into a really cute pub called the Coal House where we had our first drink of the day, I of course had a Jack Daniels and Coke.
We then had to go and take up out table at the hotel and like the last time the Staff were so friendly and hospitable. We started the tea off with a glass of Moët & Chandon Rosé Champagne and the first round of sandwiches: beef tomato and goats cheese; egg mayonnaise, Wiltshire ham and apple cider sauce, coronation chicken and smoked salmon. We also had plain and sultana scones with lemon curd, clotted cream and strawberry jam.
The final course, after six or seven cups of chai tea, were the signature cakes which were a choice of Victoria Sponge or Chocolate Gateuax. I went for the Victoria Sponge as that seemed like the lightest cake to have.
Of course we couldn’t leave the hotel without a few final pictures but I will certainly be going back there again soon not for afternoon tea maybe but a dinner or proper lunch meal.
After tea we went for a walk around Covent Garden to walk off all of the sweet food we had eaten and then we headed home. I still highly recommend the Savoy for an occasion or just a really lovely sophisticated afternoon.
